Ingredients

  1. 8 ozThawed Salmon filet
  2. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  3. 1 tspGarlic Salt
  4. 1/2 tspWhite Pepper
  5. 1 tspOnion Powder
  6. 100 gramsAvocado (half)
  7. 3/4 tbspVanilla Greek Yogurt
  8. 1/2Lime

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat small amount of oil in a frying pan. Add salmon and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove salmon and set aside on a plate with a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Mix remaining ingredients until a creamy consistency is reached.

  3. 3

    Spoon half of sauce mix onto top of each salmon filet. Enjoy!
