Ingredients

  • 1 cupBajra flour
  • 1 cupChana flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspCumin seed
  • as neededChopped Green coriander
  • 1Chopped capsicum
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1Chopped carrot
  • 1 cupCorn
  • 2Boiled and mashed potato
  • as requiredChopped green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make dough.

  2. 2

    Keep aside 15-20 mins.

  3. 3

    Take a small part of that dough. Make a ball and roll the chapati.

  4. 4

    Roast the chapati from both side with lil oil or ghee.
