This fried rice is easy to make and a favourite dish of my family especially my kids.
Steps

Boil Water and cook the basmati rice with 1/2 tsp salt and drain it when done.

In a big kadai heat oil and add the ginger garlic chilli mixture abd saute for a while. Then add oinions to it,saute for a while and add chopoed carrot

Now add cabbage and capsicum and the spring onions. Saute for a minute

Now add salt ajinomotto and sugar and mix well. Now add the rice to it. Mix properly

Finally add pepper powder to it
- 6
Mix well and serve hot with manchurian
