In a pan add the meat,sour Milka,pilau masala,ginger,grounded garlic,sour milk,salt to taste,grated carrots,peeled and cubed sliced tomatoes and 2 cups of water.cover and use minimal heat.let it simmer for 45 minutes

In another pan deep fry the whole potatoes to golden brown.remove then deep fry the onions.they have to ring onions.not small cuts.then remove and put them aside

In another pan cook the rice and cover it

After 45 minutes add the deep fried onions and potatoes in the Biriani mix(rojo) and 1/2 a cup of cooking oil.use very low heat

Stir very slowly to avoid potatoes being mashed

Then add the tomatoe paste and stir.at this point do not add water.Keep on stirring to.mix it.make sure it's low heat

After 10 minutes remove and serve with a cold juice plus fruit
