One can easily make this Namkeen at home with the oil of your choice and keep stored for near about 15 to 30 days. A good snacks for tea time.

Mix all the ingredients properly with your hands till the maida looks like bread-crumbs.

Now add lukewarm water slowly and gather to make a firm dough.

Keep the dough covered to 1 hour in microwave oven.

Heat refined oil in a high flame.

Roll the dough with a roll pin to give shapes according to your choice.

Low down the flame and deep fry giving enough space in the kadhai

Now make the flame low medium and fry both sides doing flip-flop.

When done, bring down to kitchen towel/ tissue paper to soak extra oil.

Njoy hot with tea. Keep in an air tight container when cool down. You can store for 15 days in minimum. Thanks.
