I have a very interesting pallette when it comes to what I like to eat. This is a rub that I use on pork and Chicken mainly but goes with anything that fits on a grill.

I have a very interesting pallette when it comes to what I like to eat. This is a rub that I use on pork and Chicken mainly but goes with anything that fits on a grill.

mix well in a bowl and and bake in the oven @ 150 for an hour and a half. this will dry out the brown sugar and keep it from getting hard when you want to use it if you are going to use it right away don't bake it. Also I use my kitchen aid coffee grinder to make it all fine and uniform. This makes putting it in a shaker easier to use.

remove from oven and let cool

place in a container for storage
