Ingredients

  1. 1smoked ham (at least 10 pounds)
  2. 1 cupketchup
  3. 1/2 cupdijon mustard
  4. 1/2 cupgrape jelly
  5. 1 cupbrown sugar
  6. tspginger
  7. dry mustard...for rub
  8. cupcoca-cola
  9. cupoj
  10. aluminum foil (to cover meat)
  11. 1 mediumsize bowl

Steps

    Wash ham...

  2. 2

    Put dry mustard all over ham...

  3. 3

    Boil all ingredients until you boiling point...stirring occasionally...

  4. 4

    Transfer glaze into bowl...

  5. 5

    Pour some of glaze onto ham... (enough so juice can remain in the bottom while cooking)...

  6. 6

    Preheat oven to 275 degrees; cover ham with aluminum foil

  7. 7

    Cook ham just like directions on original pack... (I cooked my 9.89lb. ham for 4 hours and 25 minutes)...basting every 30 minutes...

  8. 8

    During last 1 hour, turn oven to 400°F.. basting every 15 minutes or so...

  9. 9
