  • 100 Gmmethi dhokr katkr
  • 2Aalu medium size
  • 1/2Teaspoon. Jeera
  • Hing
  • Adrak kata hua thoda
  • 1/4Teaspoon haldi
  • 1/2Teaspoon. Dhania powder.2hari mirch

    Raseele aloo ke liye aalu haath se fod lein

  2. 2

    Tamater mixi mein chala le.

  3. 3

    Kadahi mein ghee grm kar adrak bhun jaane par tejpatta,laung daale,Hing jeera dale.

    Hari mirch,haldi dhania,lal mirch bhi daal dein.

  5. 5

    Ab tamater dal kar bhune.aur aalu aur paani daal dein.

  6. 6

    Namak daale aur khdkaye.Manpasand gaadhe hone par garammasala dal kar hara dhniya mahin kata hua daale.Serving ke liye ready.

    Roti ke liye genhu ka aata namak dal kar thoda dhila gundh kar rakh de.

  8. 8

    Bathua kaskr nichode,aalu mash karein aur sb masale mila kar bharawan ready kar lein.

    Aate ki loi lekr use thoda belkr usme bharawan bhar le.

  10. 10

    Haath se hi chakle par daba kar thoda badhaye,fir palothan laga kar belan se badhaye aur garamtave par dono or se sek le.

    Aanch medium rakhe.jab roti tave par pach jaaye aanch par alat palat kar seke.aur ghee laga kar serve karein.

    Yadi jyada banani ho to tave par sek kar kapde mein rakh le.jab khilana ho tb garamtawe par daal kar fir aanch par karari sek kar dein.

    Methi aalu ki bhujia ke liye aalu dhokr chhilke sahit kat lein.

    Pan mein tel grm kar hing jeere ka chhonk lagaye.

  15. 15

    Adrak hari mirch haldi pisa dhaniya dal kar aalu methi kati hui daal dein.

  16. 16

    Namak dal dein aur dhak kar dhimi aanch par aalu galne tak pakaye.bhunte waqt thoda achar ka tel dal kar bhune.pura dinner serving ke liye ready.
