Ab is bread chure ko bowl me nikal le.or isme Suji,milk powder daal de.mix karein.

Ab 2 tsp malai dale dough bana le.milk ki need hai to thoda milk le or dough bana le.

Ise 10 min.ke liye rakh de.

Batter ko dubar Knead karein.or hath par ghee lagakar balls bana le.

Ab chashani ready karein.water ko boil karein.fir sugar daal de.sugar ghul jae to 5 min.sim par rakhein.then lemon juice and chhoti Elaichi ka powder add karein.mix karein.or side par rakh de.

Ab ek pan me oil heat karein.or bnae hue balls slow flame par fry karein.sath sath hilate jaye.

Fry hone par balls chashni me daal de. Boil karein.fir one hour ke liye inhe ese hi rhne de.

Chashani rach jayegi.gulab jamun ready hai.
