I was inspired by two cooks from this site—one made artichokes in a wok, and the other made meatballs with tomato sauce. So, I decided to combine both recipes just like that. You can see the result. It's fantastic.

I got this recipe from my grandma who used to make it almost every time we visited her...This is my favorite type of meatballs!!!

I make a batch of this for an easy help yourself meal during the busy week. It’s also a crowd pleaser. It yields about 24 large meatballs.
