Steps

Wash and peel off gilki. Cut them into 4 to 5 pieces. Make slit in the middle.

Mix all dry spices in peanut powder except jeera. Mix well.

Heat oil in pan. Add jeera. Put gilki pieces into the oil.

Sprinkle little salt on it. Mix well and cook it in medium flame for few minutes with lid.

When gilki pieces becomes tender, sprinkle peanut masala on it.mix well.

Cover it with lid and cook on low heat for 2 min.

Switch off the gas. It is ready to serve.
