
Cranberry Pistachio Energy Bites

Combine the dates, honey, chia seeds, flax seeds, and salt in a food processor and pulse until smooth. You should be able to store it. If it's too thick add some more honey.

Put the mixture in a large bowl and stir in the oats, pistachios, cranberries, and white chocolate chips until combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Roll into balls or press into bars.

Store up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator
