Wash and boil fish and shrimps separately

Heat palm oil on a low heat and add your onions

Add your coarsely blended pepper(boiled till water is dry) and allow to fry a bit.

Add seasoning to taste.

Add fish and shrimps

Add your washed vegetables and allow to simmer.
