Simple Chocolate Sauce Simple Chocolate Sauce
This is a simple chocolate sauce. When the chocolate has melted, it may seem like the water and oil have separated, but keep stirring the mixture so that it doesn't burn to the sides and it will get nice and smooth. Of course, when this mixture cools it will become hard and sticky, but just add what you need to a container and microwave before use. I recommend using couverture chocolate. White Sugar Caramel Sauce White Sugar Caramel Sauce
I felt that using granulated sugar is a bit wasteful, so one time I tried to make it with white sugar. Caramel made with granulated sugar has a light and elegant flavor but white sugar caramel is rich and has a home-y taste.Be careful not to cook it until the color becomes too dark, or it becomes bitter. Once you turn on the heat, don't stir at all until the surface of the pan turns golden brown. If you stir, it becomes difficult to get a dark color and the color will be off. Of course, you can use granulated sugar. The recipe and amounts are the same. Recipe by La Land cookpad.japan -

5 Minute Chocolate Sauce 5 Minute Chocolate Sauce
I wanted to make something that would take care of dessert when I don't have time to make anything but have guests over. With this super-quick sauce, even store-bought ice cream gets a fancy boost. You don't need to just use this for desserts, you can add a small amount to cappuccino (which is apparently called a "mocha-ccino,") or add it to milk to make chocolate milk. Chocolate Blancmange with Cherry Sauce Chocolate Blancmange with Cherry Sauce
I added chocolate to my usual blancmange and garnished it with a sauce made with seasonal American cherries, and my family loved it.In Step 5, keep mixing for at least 2 minutes over low heat to cook it through. When you are pouring the blancmange into the mold in Step 6, prepare all of the molds and pour it quickly, directly from the pot to the mold. Otherwise, the surface of the blancmange will not come out smooth, since it sets quickly. Recipe by Nu-shi cookpad.japan -
