Steps

In bowl break the eggs. Add in the royco and salt and mix.

Chop the onion and the tomato and hoho into small pieces
- 3
Heat oil in frying pan. Add in the onion and coriander and hoho and stir.

Add in the tomatoes and cover. Add in eggs and spread
- 5
Cover for a few minutes. Turn and cook evenly on the other side
- 6
Serve hot.
