take steam off chili and take seeds out

put chili in the Blender with the warm water

add chopped garlic,and salt and blend

put the chili on to the stove in a pan to let simmer and the rue

in an other pan add the water, and cubed pork cook till the pork isn't pink

add the chilling seed, the chopped garlic,cracked black pepper, areagino, chili powder, salt.

add the chili sauce and let simmer (low and slow)
