60 gOnion.
250 gRice.
Warm water 500mp

1 spoonTumeric

Place half the oil into a small sauteuse.

Add the onion

Add rice Cook gently without colouring
4

Add twice the amount of warm water and tumeric. Powder to rice
5

Cover with buttered paper bring to boil..

Cover it untill cooked
7

Remove immediately into a cool sauteuse and serve
