Steps

Place oil in a saute pan add onion

Cook gently without colouring onion add rice

Cook rice don't let it colour or stick at the bottom

Add stock twice amount to the rice

Correct seasoning cover with buttered paper and let it boil

Take a clean saute pan add the remaining chopped onions

Add garlic,tomato puree ginger,paprika,pepper,salt

Add beef and green grams (don't over cook because they already cooked)

Correct seasoning

Remove from heat and serve while hot

You may use vege's of your own choice and garnish as you may like
