  • 7,8kali lahsun chopped
  • 2payaj chopped
  • 1 inchadrak ka thukda chopped
  • 4tomatos chopped
  • 4,5green chillies
  • 1ts salt
  • 1ts red chilli powder
  • 1ts dhaniya powder
  • 1/2garam masala
  • Halfkg makki ka aata
  • 1ts ajwayen
  • 1ts salt
  • Gundhne ke liye gunguna pani

Steps

  1. 1

    Palak ko kat kar dho le achchhe se.

  2. 2

    Coker me dal kar do siti lgwa le.

  3. 3

    Fir osko mixi me pees le.

  4. 4

    Gas on karein Kdai rakhein osme butter dale or lahsun dal kar bhune.

  5. 5

    Than payaj, adrak, green chillies dale bhune achchhe se tab tomatos dal kar bhune achchhe se.

  6. 6

    Ab sabhi masale bhi dal de palak pisa dal de 2 min bhune bhune or paneer ke pees karke dale or 5 min pakayein.

  7. 7

    Ab gas band karein or garam masala dale mix karein.

  8. 8

    Ek ktori me prose Oper se mlai fet kar dale.

  9. 9

    Palak paneer payar hai. Khaye or khilaye. Mje dar

  10. 10

    Thali me aata dale salt dale ajwayen dale achchhe se mix karein.

  11. 11

    Gungune pani se gundh kar roti banayein or khilaye yummy.
