Make powder of cinnamon and cloves and keep aside.then make paste of ginger. Wash and chop dil leaves and coriander leaves and chop onion, chillies.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all one by one.add mustard then jeera, urad dal, chanadal,, ginger, curry leaves, onion then add dil leaves, add turmeric powder stir it and add dhania powder, gharam masala powder. and add cloves cinnamon powder and off the gas stove. Add salt and lemon juice to cooked rice and add all fried masala to rice. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Now rice is ready to eat.

Serve this rice with curd or raita or dal.
