Chop up onion.. bell pepper..garlic and potatoes

Heat up oil in cast iron skillet

Add all chopped ingredients to skillet

Let all ingredients cook until almost done then add flour. You will know they are done when they are fork tender. Stir flour into potatoes until dissolved
