For the Sauce. Boil your Mackerel fish with salt to taste, for 3 mins and set aside

Blend your tomatoes and pepper to a rough paste. Chop your onions, garlic

In a pan, heat your oil, add your chopped onion and garlic and sautee, next add your roughly blended tomatoe and pepper paste, keep stiring on medium heat

Add your crayfish, debone your mackerel fish and marsh, add to your sauce, keep stirring

Add curry, salt and seasoning cube to taste.. Wen you av a well fried and combined sauce, turn off the heat

For the yam. Slice your yam to desired shape, soak in salted water, heat oil and deep fry. Wen ready set on a strainer or paper towel..

Serve with sauce and enjoy
