It was inspired by 9jafoodie cookbook but I just made it my own way and it’s perfect on Saturday mornings. Note: the measurements serve only 10 portions.

In a mixing bowl, add flour sugar and yeast.

Add 1 cup of lukewarm water to mixture and mix to a thick consistency with no lumps. Cover with a damp cloth and keep in a warm place for 45mins.

After 45mins, it will rise with bubbles then add cinnamon and nutmeg.

Put your non-stick pan on the cooker with a little oil to grease the pan. Use your cooking spoon to scoop a spoonful and spread it in a circular shape.

Use a spatula to flip the other side when golden brown and flatten it to a pancake.

When you are done frying serve with honey.
