White Bean Stew!
Cold autumn, craving something hearty? Here we are again with a perfect stew. If you love a good stew, enjoy this one!!
Steps
- 1
If you're like me and always short on time, buy two cans of pre-cooked white beans. If you have more time, soak them overnight for better flavor.
- 2
Add plenty of oil to a pot, chop the onion and garlic, and add them. Let them cook for about 5 minutes, then slice the carrot and add it for another 5 minutes.
- 3
Add the tomato sauce, stir well to prevent burning, then add the chorizo and bacon and stir.
- 4
Cut the potato into chunks (I like to cut them roughly to thicken the stew), add the paprika, and stir.
- 5
Add the bouillon cube and the beans, cover with water, and salt to taste.
- 6
Let it simmer on medium heat for about 1 hour and 10 minutes for a thicker consistency. Enjoy!!!
