In medium sized mug, mash the banana very well

Stir in the peanut butter with a fork

Stir in the milk

Add the oat flour, baking powder, and salt

Briefly mix the dry ingredients together with a fork to disperse the salt snd baking powder

Fold the mixture until a thick flowing batter forms

Stir in the raisins or chocolate chips

Top the bread with blueberries or more chocolate chips or raisins

Microwave for 1 minute and 30-40 seconds in a 1200 watts microwave or until the center of the bread is no longer wet and tacky

Too the cooked bread with slices of banana
