Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1big bulb of potato
  • 2Eggs
  • Halftsp vegetable oil
  • 1tomato
  • 1maggi cube
  • Grinded crayfish
  • 2Scotch bonnet (rodo)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potato with a pinch of salt

  2. 2

    When it's done, put pot on heat with a little oil and fry grinded pepper a bit

  3. 3

    Beat eggs, add grounded Cray fish, salt and maggi and beat some more

  4. 4

    Pour egg in hot oil and stir till it's as dry as you want

  5. 5

    Slice tomatoes and serve
