Ingredients

40 minutes
6-8 servings
  • 1 kgchicken breasts
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 2diced potatoes
  • 2diced carrots
  • 1 teaspoonrajah mild and spicy
  • 1 teaspoonmedium rajah
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2spoons brown onion soup

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil chicken breast,carrots and potatoes together, once tender chopped onions and peppers

  2. 2

    Once all cooked add spices and salt stir and add brown onion soup to thicken

  3. 3

    Can be served with porridge or rice
