Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 1 kgchicken breasts
  2. 1onion
  3. 1green pepper
  4. 1red pepper
  5. 2diced potatoes
  6. 2diced carrots
  7. 1 teaspoonrajah mild and spicy
  8. 1 teaspoonmedium rajah
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. 2spoons brown onion soup

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil chicken breast,carrots and potatoes together, once tender chopped onions and peppers

  2. 2

    Once all cooked add spices and salt stir and add brown onion soup to thicken

  3. 3

    Can be served with porridge or rice
