Ingredients

45 minutes
6 servings
  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 2ripe bananas
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 tspbicarbonate of soda
  6. 2 cupssugar
  7. 1 cupoil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat sugar oil and eggs

  2. 2

    Add all dry ingredients to your oil bowl

  3. 3

    Grate bananas and mash well add them to the mixture

  4. 4

    Grease your square baking tin pour the mixture

  5. 5

    Bake at 180'c for 45 minutes ready to serve
