Ingredients

  1. 1cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1/3cupPowdered Sugar
  3. 1/2tspCardamom powder
  4. 1/2tspBaking powder-
  5. 1/3cupGhee
  6. 3-4tbspBlanched Spinach paste
  7. Milk as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisked ghee& sugar together then add Spinach paste

  2. 2

    Now add maida, Cardamom powder, baking powder and mix well

  3. 3

    If Mixture is to tight then add some milk...Now fill in a star nosal piping bag and make cookies at 180°C for 15 -20 minutes
