Ingredients

  1. 1chopped onion
  2. 1tomato puree
  3. 1/2 bowl boil pea, sweet corn and panner
  4. 1boil chopped potato
  5. 1/2 tspGreen chilli and ginger paste
  6. 1 small bowl boil rice
  7. 1 tsp each salt and black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tsp each rai and til
  9. 1 small bowl gram flour, wheat flour and maaka ke aata
  10. 1 teaspoonoregano
  11. 3 spoonoil
  12. 1/2 bowl cheese
  13. 1 teaspoonlime juice
  14. as neededPudina puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Ab pan me oil daal kar til and rai daalo, uska baad onion daal kar cook karo.

  2. 2

    Ab pan me green chilli paste, tomato puree, sare vegetables, salt, black pepper and lime juice daal kar 2 min ke Liya cook kar ke gas band kar do.

  3. 3

    Ab bowl me rice, pudina puree and salt daal kar mix kar lo.

  4. 4

    Ab ek bowl me gram flour, wheat flour and maaka ke aata, salt, oil and water daal kar ek dough bana lo.

  5. 5

    Ab dough ko rectangle shape me ek roti bana lo, aur side se thore cut kar lo.

  6. 6

    Ab pie wale pot ko oil se grease kar ke, thore se Til aur organo daal kar roti rhakh do. Aur 2 min ke Liya bake kar lo.

  7. 7

    2 min baad vegetables ki layer daalo, uska baad rice ki layer aur uska baad vegetable layer daalo.

  8. 8

    Ab rectangle shape ki ek roti bana kar knife se patli patli strips bana lo.

  9. 9

    Ab pie ke pot par laga kar, uska upor cheese daal kar orango sprinkle kar do.

  10. 10

    Ab preheated microwave me 10 to 12 min ke Liya bake kar lo.

  11. 11

    Easy and healthy vegetable pie is ready to serve with massla curd dip.
