Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/4 cup water
  • to tasteSalt
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • as neededOil to fry
  • As needed leaves of fresh spinach medium sized

    Mix water in besan

  2. 2

    Add salt and red chilli powder

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok

  4. 4

    Dip spinach leaves in it and deep fry first on high flame then on medium flame till crisp
