Prepare pasta as directed; drain, rinse with cold water & drain again.

Combine rotini, cucumber, feta, olive & onion.

Blend oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt & pepper; pour over pasta & toss lightly.

Chill several hours to allow flavors to infuse & Intensify.

Garnish with tomato before serving.

Refrigerate leftovers.
