Combine Mayo, Mustard, Lemon Juice and Dill Weed in small bowl, Dredge Cutlets in Flour. Heat Butter in LG. skillet and saute cutlets over med-high heat. Reduce heat to Med., brush Cutlets with Mayo mixture and cook, turning several times and continuing to brush with mixture for 8-10 minutes, until brown on both sides.
