1 cupcorn
2 tbsptumeric
3 tbspbasil
2 tbsporegano
2 tbspolive oil
1 tspsea salt
1/2 tspblack pepper
2onions chopped
4garlic cloves minced
2zucchinni cubbed
1/2 cupsun dried tomatoes diced

saute chopped onions in olive oil until slight carmelization
2

add minced garlic, tumeric, sun dried tomatoes, chopped zucchinni

deglaze with white wine

add diced tomatoes, basil, oregano, water increase heat to boiling

add corn, salt, pepper and adjust flavoring
