Sab se pehle pakoda ke liye 1/2 cup besan ka ghol bana ke tyar kar le. besan ko ek bartan me le. Besan me pani dalte hui ghol tyar karein.

1 kadhai me Oil gram karein Ab besan ke pakode tyar karein.

Ab ek cup bache hue besan me se kadhi ka ghol tyar karein.

Ek bartan me besan dale. Usme dahi ya lassi add karein or thoda sa pani add karein.

1 kadhai me 2 table spoon oil dale. Jab Oil gram ho jaye usme jeera, methi ke dane, haldi powder,hing, adrak paste dal ke bhune.

Ab kadhai me kadhi ka ghol add karein or sath me 500 g.mein water

Ab hum kadhi ko ubal ane tak chlte hue pakayein

Ab kadhi me pakode, namak, Lal mirch powder add karein.

Ab hum kadhi ko low flame pe 10-15 mint pakye. Apki pakoda kadhi tyar hai. Thank you
