Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupRice
  2. 1/3 cupMethi saag cut in to small pieces
  3. Oil as per necessary
  4. 2/3 tspGhee
  5. 2 tspSugar
  6. Salt as per necessary
  7. 4-5tbspBay leaves
  8. 2Elachi
  9. Water as per necessary
  10. 3 tspRaisin
  11. 1+1Ginger garlic cut into small pieces 1+1
  12. 1 tspGarom masala
  13. 2 tspCumin seeds

Steps

    Wash the rice well.socked it 10 minutes.

    Take a microwave bowl add ghee.keep it microwave for 10 second normal temperature.

    Then add methi saag, cumin seeds 1tsp,bay leaves 3ta raisin,keep it for 20 seconds.

    Now add socked rice and sweet corn 2tsp salt and sugar,keep it for 13/15 minutes.

    Please check it after 6/7 minutes gap.

    After that cooking is complete, good smell is all over your home.

    Choto aloo dum:: first wash it well.

  8. 8

    Take a microwave bowl add potatoes and keep it for 16/17 minutes.

  9. 9

    Then peel off that potatoes.

  10. 10

    Now take a microwave bowl add oil cumin seeds, bay leaves, green chilli, elachi, keep it microwave for 10 second.

  11. 11

    Then add ginger and garlic and tomatoes cut into small pieces,,cashew nuts paste keep it microwave for 30/50 second, stir it also.

  12. 12

    After that add potatoes and water 1/2 cup keep it microwave for 10 minutes.when it complete add garom masala.

    Now it's for serving with methi poalu and cucumber,thank you.
