Steps

Add yogurt and water to semolina and mix well. Rest for 30 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, salt and 1 teaspoon oregano to it. Mix well.

Preheat oven@180°C.

Add baking powder and baking soda to mixture. Gently mix in one direction.

Grease a baking pan with oil.

Add half of mixture to pan. Add half of capsicum, onion and tomatoes to it. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon oregano.

Pour remaining mixture over it. Top with remaining capsicum, onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle remaining oregano.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Serve.
