Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat atta
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cupchopped methi leaves
  • 1 Cupchopped coriander
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 11/2 tspred chilli powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all ingredients one by one.

  2. 2

    Mix well add little water at a time and knead the atta

  3. 3

    Keep aside to rest for 10mins.

  4. 4

    Make small balls of atta and roll out the theplas

  5. 5

    Cook from both the sides on tava and add oil from all sides.

  6. 6

    Theplas are ready serve with hot tea.
