Baingan ko gas par papar roast tawa rakhe ke bhune le.

Cool ke peel ke pulp nikal kar mash kar liya.

Wok main oil heat kar onion, peas, green chilli and ginger dal kar bhuna salt, red chilli, masala and tomato puree dal ke bhuna.

Masala bhun Jane ke baad baingan ka pulp dal ke mix kar slow heat par bhune.

After 10 minutes ke baad green coriander spread ke hot hot baingan bharta ke saath parantha serve karein.
