1 lbGround meat (beef, vinson, turkey)
3 cupMashed Potatoes
1 packagesTaco Seasoning
1 canCream Corn
1Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°

Make mashed potatoes (season to taste)

Place ground meat in pan, break apart with spoon & heat until cooked through

Add cream corn to cooked meat

Add 1/2 packet of taco seasoning to meat & corn

Stir until heated through

Place in 9x9 casserole dish

Cover meat & corn mixture with potatoes

Top with shredded cheese (optional)

Back 15 minutes
