Ingredients

  • 1 lbGround meat (beef, vinson, turkey)
  • 3 cupMashed Potatoes
  • 1 packagesTaco Seasoning
  • 1 canCream Corn
  • 1Shredded Cheddar Cheese (optional)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Make mashed potatoes (season to taste)

  3. 3

    Place ground meat in pan, break apart with spoon & heat until cooked through

  4. 4

    Add cream corn to cooked meat

  5. 5

    Add 1/2 packet of taco seasoning to meat & corn

  6. 6

    Stir until heated through

  7. 7

    Place in 9x9 casserole dish

  8. 8

    Cover meat & corn mixture with potatoes

  9. 9

    Top with shredded cheese (optional)

  10. 10

    Back 15 minutes
