1 cupsugar
2 tbspflour
2 cupmilk
2 tbspbutter
2 tspvanilla extract

mix ingredients together.

heat on medium heat, stirring constantly

after gravy is at desired consistency remove from heat (medium thinck is great)

remove from heat & pan.

serve over hot biscuits.
