  1. 1medium size tuber of yam
  2. 1 tablespoonsalt
  3. 3seasoning cube
  4. 7 tablespooncrayfish (blended)
  5. 1 bunchspinach leaf
  6. 1medium size onion
  7. 7medium size of fresh pepper (blended)
  8. Red oil

  1. 1

    Pill you yam
    slice and put in a clean bowl
    wash with salt.. set aside

  2. 2

    Put a pot on heat
    add water..
    put in your yam
    add salt and allow to boil for 5min

  3. 3

    Wash your spinach leaf with warm salty water
    slice and put in a bowl...
    set aside

  4. 4

    Wash and blend your pepper
    wash and slice your onion

  5. 5

    Pour in your onion and pepper to your boiling pot of yam
    put your crayfish and and red oil..
    add your seasoning cube..
    stir and allow to boil for 2min

  6. 6

    Pour in your spinach leaf...
    allow to cook for 1 min

  7. 7

    Your yam is ready
