Ingredients

  • -2 cupReadymade dhokla batter
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1Shimla Mirch -chopped
  • 1/4 cupPaneer - grated
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • as needed Green chutney for spreading
  • 1 tspOil -
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspWhite sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dhokla mix and add water salt and mix it well
    Grease the dhokla pan with oil and pour batter and steamed it for five min

  2. 2

    Rest for some time and demould it
    Take another bowl add chopped capsicum grated paneer coriander leaves salt chat masks and mix it well

  3. 3

    Cut the steamed dhokla into round shape
    Heat a grill pan
    Spread some coriander chutney on one side of roundels spread some stuffing on top of half to prepared dhokla

  4. 4

    And cover with remaining dhokla
    Add little bit oil in grilling pan add mastard seeds and white sesame seeds

  5. 5

    And let be splutter place the sandwiches and grill from both sides till light brown and serve hot
