Grilled dhokla sandwiches
Steps

Take a bowl add dhokla mix and add water salt and mix it well
Grease the dhokla pan with oil and pour batter and steamed it for five min - 2
Rest for some time and demould it
Take another bowl add chopped capsicum grated paneer coriander leaves salt chat masks and mix it well - 3
Cut the steamed dhokla into round shape
Heat a grill pan
Spread some coriander chutney on one side of roundels spread some stuffing on top of half to prepared dhokla - 4
And cover with remaining dhokla
Add little bit oil in grilling pan add mastard seeds and white sesame seeds - 5
And let be splutter place the sandwiches and grill from both sides till light brown and serve hot
