1Cauliflower cut and chopped
3-4potato cut and chopped
to tasteSalt
To tasteTurmeric powder
To tasteLal Mirch powder
To tasteKitchen king msala
To tasteGaram masala
1 cupOnion tomato paste
as neededOil for fry
1/2 tspJeera
as neededKasuri methi and dhania leaves

Take pan. Add oil for chopped Gobi and aalu fry.

Take another pan. Add oil when it burns add jeera. Add onion tomato paste. And saute

Add hldi mirch garammsala Aamchur powder. Add salt to taste

Fry Gobi and Aalu put in this msala. Add coriander leaves and Ksuri mathi
