Steps

First Grease the clean slab with oil and set aside.

Mix all the ingredients in a pan and mix it well.

Pour the mixture in a khadai and shake it well untill besan leave the khadai.

Pour the ready besan on the greeced slab and spread it well into thin layer.

Leave it for 5 to 10 mintues.

Meanwhile take a small pan and pour one tbsp oil and heat it well then add some rai and curry patta and chopped green chilli and spread it on besan layer.

Mark cuts on besan with the help of knife and roll slowly.
