  2. 1green pepper
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 3 TBScooking oil
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. cubeBeef
  8. 1onion

    Fry the onions till brown using cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Add the carrots, green pepper and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Cook till softened then add the beans, salt and beef cube.

    Add 1/2 cup water and cover to cook till ready.
