Ingredients

  • Yerere
  • Mukunde
  • 2tomato (diced shape)
  • 2cubes
  • garlic
  • onion
  • 3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat, the sufuria, add onions and oil

  2. 2

    Add garlic and cook to brown in colour

  3. 3

    Add the mukunde and terere and stir well

  4. 4

    After 5 mins add tomatoes and a stir again

  5. 5

    Add royco cubes and season well

  6. 6

    Cook for 15 mins

  7. 7

    Serve with ugali
