1 packcream cheese
.25 lbsharavarti cheese, shredded
Handfulshredded sharp chedard
Handfulcrumbled blue cheese
2large garlic cloves, minced
1small jar roasted red peppers, and a little juice
3chopped green onion
3 stripsbacon, chopped

Combined everything in blender.

Chill for 30 minutes if you want it cold

Garnish with green onion and bacon

Serve with celery or Tostitos
