Ingredients

  • 3 cupsIdli batter -
  • Onions (1 medium), Tomatoes(1 medium), Green Chillies (2), Corainder(1/2 cup)-finely chopped
  • Cumin/ Jeera seeds - sprinkle on each Uttapam - 1/4 tbsp (optional)carrot chopped,green peas boild
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients into the idli batter and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now heat a non stick pan spread some oil on it and pour a spoonful batter on it and spread it in circular motion.and then put oil on the corners.

  3. 3

    Let it heat for few minutes till u notice it is turning colour like parathas then remove from heat n serve hot with green chutney.
